  • On behalf of the Australian Government, DibbsBarker consultant Rob Sauer visited bodies such as the Department of Treasury in the United States, the Department of Finance Revenue in Canada and the Departments of Research and Technology in France and Germany for talks on R&D, taxation policy and industry development issues.  Rob was appointed to a Working Group of the Prime Minister’s Science Engineering and Innovation Council in 2002 and co-authored a report on how to unleash Australia's Entrepreneurial Potential.
