Driving efficiency

In 2000 Dibbs established the Customer Assistance Centre (CAC) providing clients with an affordable alternative to claims management.  Insurance Industry Group member Geoff Brookes was responsible for the development, implementation and day to day management of the CAC, which was the first law firm based third party claims manager in Australia.
