Geoff’s practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity, fundraising, corporate finance and financial services reform. He also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
Geoff has acted for a variety of local and international clients in numerous industries. His clients include major listed corporations, SMEs, private equity investors and investees and financial intermediaries. Geoff has acted on numerous challenging transactions including acquisitions, disposals, buy-ins and buy-outs, mergers, joint ventures, corporate reconstructions, capital raisings and IPOs.
Geoff works closely with his clients to ensure the commercial outcomes they seek are achieved and in the course of his career he has developed many long standing and valued client relationships.
