Timothy is a senior associate in our Insurance Industry Group.
He specialises in the defence of medical malpractice claims and disciplinary complaints against health professionals and hospitals.
In addition, Timothy is experienced in advising on insurance policy interpretation, acting for interested parties in coronial inquests relating to health care, conducting audits of medical malpractice claims for umbrella layer insurers and acting for churches and schools in the defence of abuse claims.
Timothy is a member of the New South Wales Law Society Medico-Legal Liaison Committee and is a regular contribution to health industry publications.
