Veno is a special counsel in our Property & Projects Services Group and a member of our National Energy, Resources & Infrastructure Industry Group.
Veno has over a decade of experience providing specialist dispute resolution services to various construction industry participants including major and mid-tier contractors, developers, financiers and various government bodies. His practice has included adjudication, litigation, expert determination, facilitated negotiation and both domestic and cross-border arbitration. Veno additionally has a major focus on mediation and the early use of alternative dispute resolution.
Veno recently authored a detailed submission to the New South Wales Department of Finance & Services on reform of the security of payment legislation in New South Wales.
Veno regularly presents workshops on construction law and has published articles in the Building and Construction Law Journal, Australian Construction Law Bulletin and Australian Construction Law Newsletter.
