Beth is a Special Counsel in our Disputes & Litigation Services Group and a member of our National Medical & Pharmaceutical, Property and Financial Services Industry Groups.
Beth holds a Masters Degree in Health Administration and prior to being admitted as a legal practitioner she held senior executive positions in the New South Wales public service, including as a hospital chief executive and in the NSW Health Department as a regional director and as director of hospitals. She has an impressive knowledge of the health industry, government, regulatory frameworks and administrative law.
Beth’s depth of experience in the health sector is appreciated by the clients who regularly seek her advice, including Fresenius Medical Care and Abbott Medical Optics.
Beth has had extensive commercial litigation experience, particularly in contractual disputes and administrative law. Her expertise ranges across arbitration, mediation, expert determination and practice in all State and Federal Courts.
