Scott regularly advises and acts for receivers, liquidators and administrators in a range of disputes including those involving insolvent trading, proofs of debt and uncommercial transactions. He regularly represents a major banking institution to recover secured and unsecured funds, and to act in all manner of disputes in relation to priority of securities, duties under powers of sale, unjust enrichment, fraud and mistake.
Scott also has a particular interest in property litigation including joint venture and development agreements, contractual disputes, leasing disputes, and the application of consumer protection legislation.
