The Partners of DibbsBarker are pleased to announce the appointment of Kylie Matthews as a Partner in the firm's Property and Projects Group.
Kylie has extensive corporate and commercial property experience and specialises in all aspects of property investment and development and property and project management. In this capacity, Kylie has acted for institutional investors, property developers, fund managers, property trusts, financiers and local and state governments. At industry level, Kylie is on the Board of Advisors for the Property Industry Foundation.
Kylie's significant experience and profile in the property industry will enhance the firm's capabilities, particularly in the property development space. Her appointment is part of a commitment by the firm to continue its industry focus and specialisation in the property industry and to ensure the firm is uniquely placed to provide support and expertise to all facets of the property industry.
Kylie will be working with an experienced and dedicated property development team including new appointments Belinda Walker, Anna Dervenis and Tiffany Telford who join Property and Projects Group in the Sydney office. Additional appointments to the national team of 37, also include, Environment & Planning Partner Linda Morris and Special Counsel Danyelle Kelson,both working out of the now expanded Brisbane office.
