DibbsBarker has appointed Craig Singleton to its Property Industry Group.
Craig joins DibbsBarker as Special Counsel after practising with leading law firms in Brisbane, Sydney and London.
With over 12 years experience, Craig’s areas of expertise include property development, large scale property sales and purchases, leasing, preparing agreements for lease and joint venture agreements. Craig has worked on financing transactions requiring acquisitions, construction and mezzanine finance, including all security arrangements, and has dealt with commercial matters including business sales and acquisitions. Craig has also acted on the structuring and taxation aspects of property and finance transactions.
Craig’s significant experience and profile in the property industry will enhance the firm’s capabilities, particularly in the property area. His appointment is part of a commitment by the firm to continue its industry focus and specialisation in the property industry, and to ensure that the firm is uniquely placed to provide support and expertise to all facets of the property industry.
Craig will be based in our Brisbane office.
