Rob McInnes, a partner in the DibbsBarker IP&T Team has been appointed to a panel of industry leaders speaking at this year’s AusBiotech national conference. This will be taking place in Adelaide, South Australia on 16 - 19 October, 2011.
The annual event, hosted by the biotechnology industry organisation representing more than 3,000 members, has earned a reputation as the premier biotechnology conference for the Asia Pacific region.
Rob will be discussing how proactive IP management for biotech companies can both enhance value propositions as well as safeguard investments. Rob’s addition to the panel adds to the growing relationship between DibbsBarker and AusBiotech. On 1 September, Lis Boyce, a partner and leader of the DibbsBarker Medical & Pharmaceutical Industry Group was appointed as (acting) Chair of the NSW Committee of AusMedtech - a division of AusBiotech dedicated to the advancement of the Australian medical technology industry.
