DibbsBarker is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Foy as a partner in the firm’s Property Industry Group. Mark will sit specifically in the Property Development team.
 
Mark has extensive commercial, retail, industrial and residential property experience obtained over many years working as both a lawyer in private practice, and as an in-house legal counsel for a large consumer goods retailer.
 
Of Mark’s appointment, DibbsBarker Property Industry Group Leader Matthew Rollason said: “Mark joining us significantly boosts our service offering in the area of property development. His experience as both in-house counsel and in private practice offers a fresh perspective to the challenges currently facing the property industry”.
