DibbsBarker teams up with Unisson Disability

Date: 01 February 2018

DibbsBarker is pleased to be partnering with Unisson Disability (formerly known as Sunshine) to provide work experience for young people with high functioning autism (previously Asperger’s) through the organisation’s Transition to Work program.

Unisson Disability is one of the leading NSW service providers in the disability sector and has provided support to those with disabilities and their families since 1924.

DibbsBarker's partnership with Unisson forms part of the firm's broader strategy and commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Through Unisson's Transition to Work program, DibbsBarker has already hosted several young school leavers who have gained valuable work experience in a corporate environment. The experience of one particular participant in the firm's Sydney office was recently featured in a short article published in Unisson’s Annual Review 2017, which can be viewed by clicking the image below.
