Alicia Hill is a Partner of our Commercial and Financial Services Group. She is also a member of our National Consumer Goods, Franchising, Financial Services and Government Industry Groups.
Having developed her practice over time spent working with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), and in private practice in London and in Australia. She is a qualified mediator and arbitrator and is a member of two Queensland Law Society committees: the Litigation Rules and Practice Management Course Committees.
Alicia has a wide range of experience in dispute resolution including commercial litigation, mediation, arbitration and negotiations in which she has sought to achieve the best outcome for her clients in a commercial, timely and cost efficient manner.
Alicia has advised or acted for public and proprietary companies, trustees, shareholders, directors, insolvency practitioners and partners on aspects of business law, including company, contract, trade practices, insolvency, regulatory and property law.
