Andrew is a Partner in our Insurance Services Group and is a member of our National Insurance and Medical & Pharmaceutical Industry Groups. Andrew is also Chairman of the DibbsBarker Board.
Andrew specialises in health law, insurance, risk management, professional indemnity, product liability and public liability, litigation and dispute resolution. He has delivered solutions to clients in industries including health, insurance, government, construction, retail, manufacturing, agriculture and sport.
Andrew was included in the inaugural list of Best Lawyers Australia (published in the Australian Financial Review, 7 March 2008), following a survey conducted by Best Lawyers, a US polling business. Andrew was judged by his peers to be one of Australia’s 6 top lawyers in the category of Medical Negligence and one of Australia’s 17 top lawyers in the category of Health and Aged Care. He received this recognition in both categories again in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 and was awarded Medical Negligence Lawyer of the Year for Sydney in 2011 and Health & Aged Care Lawyer of the Year for Sydney in 2012.
