Ben is a Partner in our Property & Projects Services Group and is a member of our National Financial Services and Property Industry Groups.
Having extensive experience in finance and property development transactions. His banking and finance practice involves negotiating and preparing finance and security documentation and advising financiers on the structuring of financial transactions. He has broad experience in commercial and general finance and acts for both financiers and borrowers.
Ben has undertaken legal work in relation to some of the largest developments in the region in relation to sub-division and development of land, some of which have been joint ventures with the ACT Government. He has also provided advice to builders and developers in relation to medium to large size residential and commercial developments.
Ben has extensive experience in conveyancing of the ACT and NSW properties, both residential and commercial.
