Bill is the head of our Property & Projects Services Group and a member of our National Property Industry Group.
Bill practises in commercial property law with particular emphasis on commercial and industrial leasing; including the stream leasing of numerous office buildings in the Sydney CBD and industrial parks in outer Sydney.
Bill’s clients range from governmental authorities to major corporations, listed property trusts and retailers.
Bill also acts in the acquisition and disposal of multi million dollar commercial and industrial properties in and around Sydney.
