Brett is head of our Insurance Services Group and leads our National Insurance Industry Group.
Brett has 20 years experience in claims handling and litigation, practising primarily in the areas of insurance, employment and occupational health and safety.
Brett acts for domestic and London based insurers as well as self insureds. He provides advice on policy coverage and statutory interpretation as well as handling claims, both litigated and unlitigated, in the areas of professional indemnity, directors and officers liability, public liability and workers compensation. He also acts for large corporate clients advising in respect of workplace health and safety investigations and prosecutions.
Brett is a court approved mediator and is a committee member of the Queensland Chapter of the Australian Insurance Law Association.
