Catherine is a senior associate in our Intellectual Property & Technology (IP&T) Group.
Her expertise involves providing intellectual property and general commercial advice. In addition, she has a particular interest in financing arrangements which involve intellectual property assets as collateral.
Catherine is experienced in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of a range of agreements, such as technology licences, research collaboration, consultancies, software development and the supply of goods.
Catherine regularly assists with the intellectual property aspects of major transactions, and has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising matters.
