Danyelle is a Special Counsel in our Property & Projects Services Group.
Specialising in the areas of planning, local government and environmental law, Danyelle has extensive experience in providing advice on a range of local government operations including rating and infrastructure charging and interpretation of planning schemes and related legislation.
She regularly appears in the Planning and Environment Court and has experience in all aspects of litigation involving local governments including prosecutions and enforcement.
Danyelle’s profile and experience in the industry has been recognised with a recent appointment as General Referee for the Building and Development Dispute Resolution Committees established under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, which are charged with hearing a wide range of appeals and making declarations under planning and related legislation.
