David is a partner and head of our Financial Services Group. David is also a member of our National Financial Services Industry Group.
David has a varied practice advising commercial and private clients in both commercial and dispute resolution matters.
David has acted for a number of years for GE Commercial Corporation, Thorn Australia, John Fairfax, Capital Finance, FujiFILM Australia and Australian Finance Direct. As a result, David has developed particular expertise in the preparation, drafting, advising and enforcing of transaction documents relating to companies providing credit facilities to individuals and commercial borrowers.
David’s recent work has included the development of several consumer equipment finance market leader products. His involvement required him to advise on the development of the concept, draft the appropriate documentation and approve the associated marketing material.
