David is head of our Property & Projects Services Group and a member of our National Property Industry Group.
David is a property law specialist having acted in this area for more than twenty years. David acts for clients from a broad range of areas and with property needs relating to retail, commercial and industrial leasing, acquisitions and sales and the development of all areas of real estate. David in particular acts for larger institutions such as property trusts and listed public companies and also has a wide range of private property clients.
David understands the needs of the variety of clients for whom he acts and these include requirements for a commercial approach and commercial advice, efficiency in relation to costs incurred and complying with tight time constraints. David has a strong team of property specialists assisting him and is able to bring to a transaction the required resources both as to experience and volume.
