David is a Consultant in our Property & Projects Services Group.
David has more than 20 years experience in property law acting for a wide range of clients from public companies, government departments and educational institutions through to charitable organisations, churches and private individuals.
David's practice has centred upon commercial transactions ranging over sales and purchases of corporate headquarters, leasing of CBD office space, leasing of industrial and retail premises, acquisition of industrial properties, co-ordination of property consultants and valuers, administering commercial rent reviews and transactional financing. David also provides commercial advice, consulting as to privacy issues and advising on constitutional matters for companies, schools, charities, church organisations and taxi fleet co-ordinators.
