Dennis has practised for over 30 years in commercial litigation, property related litigation, public liability litigation, defamation, gaming law and administrative law matters.
With more than twenty years’ experience in defamation litigation in Australia, the USA and UK, Dennis has acted on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of defamation issues including negotiating settlements with and obtaining verdicts against individuals, corporations, radio stations and print media.
Dennis has conducted litigation for a number of corporate clients, including DEXUS Property Group and state government.
Dennis’ extensive experience in dispute resolution and litigation means that he is in tune with the needs of his clients and understands the importance of effectively using litigation to obtain quick commercial results.
Dennis is an accredited mediator through ACDC and has been involved in numerous court appointed and private mediations.
