Eric is a senior associate in our Insurance Industry Group.
Over the last fifteen years, he has practiced in Australian Capital Territory Workers' Compensation and Defendant Tortious Liability Common Law litigation, focusing specifically on industrial and motor vehicle accidents and public liability.
Eric acts on behalf of major insurers and self-insurers who hold workers compensation licenses in the ACT. He has defended hundreds of litigated matters, in both the Magistrates Court and in the Supreme Court, and regularly presents seminars on the Workers Compensation Act (ACT), The Civil Law (Wrongs) Act (ACT), Common Law Litigation, calculation of wage loss, and recent decisions of the ACT Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
Eric has held a two year presidency of the Australian New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ACT).
