Geoffrey is a partner in our Insurance Services Group and a member of our National Insurance Industry Group.
Geoff has more than 25 years experience in commercial and insurance litigation. This includes extensive experience in relation to both indemnity and claims services. Geoff has acted for a range of private corporations, insurers and re-insurers. His experience covers all aspects of casualty and general insurance, professional indemnity and contract litigation. Geoff has particular expertise working with his client insurers and their clients to provide seamless legal and claims related services.
Geoff has a particular interest in the fields of energy and construction, electrical generation and transmission, sports and recreation law, railway and transportation and related infrastructure. He has been retained by government and public sector organisations to prepare reports on international and best practice in the energy and transportation fields.
