Jeff’s practice focuses on preparing and negotiating documentation and advising Australian and offshore based clients, be they lenders or borrowers, in respect of secured and unsecured corporate, structured, property and project financing transactions.

Having twice been seconded to the Australian office of an international bank, Jeff has developed valuable commercial insights into the parameters within which financial transactions must occur. This ensures specialist advice that is aligned with and adaptable to evolving business needs.
