John’s areas of law include private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law and equity finance. John is one of Australia’s leading private equity and venture capital lawyers, and was recently acknowledged by Chambers Asia-Pacific as a 2012 “Leader in their Field” for Private Equity. He specialises in advising many of the mid market private equity managers in Australia.
John also advises many private and publicly listed companies on their M&A transactions as well as their capital transactions (issues, reductions, buy backs and reconstructions). John is a member of the Australian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (AVCAL).
