Keith is a Managing Partner of Dibbs Canberra and heads Canberra’s Insurance Services Group. Keith is also a member of our National Insurance Industry Group.
Keith is an experienced litigation lawyer involved principally in workers compensation, compulsory third party (CTP), public liability and general insurance claims for major insurance companies. His insurance and commercial litigation experience includes actions relating to insurers, banks, government authorities and building and cleaning companies.
He acts as a team leader providing advice on and defending litigated claims in the areas of employers’ indemnity, public liability and professional negligence for major private sector insurance companies. Experience includes litigating matters in the ACT Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court involving defending personal injuries claims and contribution and indemnity issues between parties including the Commonwealth.
Keith has conducted seminars with his clients on matters including workers compensation and CTP legislation and the Insurance Contracts Act.
