Kirsten is a senior associate in our Insurance Industry Group.
Her current area of focus is in the workers' compensation field. Here, she represents both WorkCover and self-insurers in relation to statutory and common law claims, and manages claims in both the pre-court proceedings and in the litigated phase.
In addition, Kirsten provides advice to both local and international underwriters on personal injury and property claims, including advice on policy interpretation and indemnity issues. She has also acted in relation to workplace health and safety prosecutions, and has assisted clients in the drafting of workplace health and safety manuals.
