Kylie is a Partner in our Property & Projects Services Group and a member of our National Property Industry Group. Kylie is also a member of the DibbsBarker Board.

Kylie has extensive corporate and commercial property experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her main areas of expertise focus on property investment and development, joint ventures, project finance, property and project management, real estate advisory (including corporate compliance and governance) and industrial, retail and commercial leasing. In this capacity, Kylie has acted for institutional investors, property developers, fund managers, property trusts, financiers and local and state governments. She has proven skills in commercial negotiation and dispute resolution.

Kylie is on the Board of Advisers for the Property Industry Foundation, and is listed by Doyle’s Legal Directory as one of the top recommended property lawyers in NSW.
