Leonard is a partner in our Commercial Services Group and specialises in employment law. He is also a member of our National Financial Services and Medical & Pharmaceutical Industry Groups.
Leonard regularly represents his clients before the Federal and Supreme courts and specialist industrial and discrimination tribunals. He has acted in a large number of employment termination matters and in relation to the restructuring of entire company operations.
Leonard understands the importance of practical advice to commercial organisations. He has also negotiated common law employment contracts, statutory collective agreements and redundancy arrangements for key personnel.
He has provided advice on a wide range of other issues including industrial disputes and awards, employee share schemes, sexual harassment and anti-discrimination issues, confidentiality disputes and OH&S investigations and prosecutions.
