Linda is a Partner in our Property & Projects Services Group and a member of our National Property and Energy, Resources & Infrastructure Industry Groups.

 

Linda practises exclusively in the areas of planning, local government and environmental law.  For more than 20 years she has advised property developers, infrastructure and service providers, tourism developers and local governments on the interpretation of planning schemes and planning and environmental legislation, issues arising out of the assessment of development applications and the lawfulness of development conditions. 

Linda has considerable experience in Planning & Environment Court litigation as well as proven skills in negotiation and dispute resolution.  She holds a certificate of attainment from the Dispute Resolution Branch of the Department of Justice and Attorney-General having completed mediation skills training.

Advising both private and public sector clients on major development proposals and infrastructure projects, Linda’s skills are directed towards project managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver seamless development solutions that meet her clients’ commercial objectives.  

Linda has also developed specialist skills in relation to resumption, compensation and valuation matters.
