Lis is a partner in our Commercial Services Group, leads the National Medical & Pharmaceutical Industry Group, and is on the firm's Board.
As a commercial lawyer, she engages early with her clients on their structure, governance, operations and strategy. Building long-term relationships, she invests in understanding her clients’ culture and priorities so that her advice is timely and practical. Lis helps clients understand the legal environment in which they operate, taking care of the legal aspects of their projects so that they can protect and grow their businesses.
Her clients look to her particular expertise in contracts, corporate governance, franchising, and mergers and acquisitions.
Lis is also Chairperson of the NSW Committee of AusMedtech. AusMedtech, a division of AusBiotech, is a group dedicated to the advancement of the Australian medical technology industry.
