Maree is a Special Counsel in our Employee and Industrial Relations Services Group, specialising in employment law, and has been practising in this area for over 15 years.
Maree supports her clients in the management of their employee and industrial relations by providing everything from advice on day to day employment issues through to high level strategic advice on major projects.
Maree regularly advises clients about the employment aspects of commercial transactions, restructures and downsizings, executive remuneration and disclosure issues, executive contracts and disputes, employee retention, industrial relations strategy, industrial agreements, legislative compliance, unlawful discrimination and occupational health and safety. Maree conducts employee investigations and provides tailored training for clients on a range of topics including recruitment, appropriate workplace behaviour and occupational health and safety.
