Michael is a Special Counsel in our Insurance Services Group and a member of our National Insurance Industry Group.
Michael has acted for insurance and commercial clients for over 27 years. His experience includes acting in complex professional indemnity, product liability and public liability claims. Michael has particular expertise in Federal Court class actions having appeared in claims involving a variety of industry sectors including agriculture and medical prosthesis products.
Quick determination of potential liability and exercise of alternative dispute resolution in early stages of litigation has been a hallmark of Michael’s litigation philosophy.
He has been twice appointed by the NSW Attorney General’s Department as a part time Court Arbitrator.
