Patricia is a senior associate in our Financial Services Industry Group.
Her area of expertise is acting for lenders, borrowers/ issuers and arrangers in large complex debt financing transactions.
Patricia's experience covers a broad range of financing transactions, including note issuances (domestic and offshore), securitisation (residential mortgage-backed securities and commercial mortgage-backed securities), aircraft financing, structured debt financing, other financing work involving deeds of company arrangement, trust schemes and shareholder agreements, as well as bilateral lending and syndicated debt financing.
Before joining DibbsBarker, Patricia's prior roles included working for a large Australian firm as a senior associate in structured finance, for ASIC as a senior strategy adviser, as an in-house senior lawyer at an Australian bank and as a financial analyst for a leading United States investment bank.
