Paul is a special counsel in our Employee and Industrial Relations Services Group, and a member of our Energy, Resources & Infrastructure Industry Group.
Paul started in industrial relations working as an industrial officer for an employer association more than 20 years ago, advising employers, appearing in industrial tribunals, negotiating with trade unions and serving members with day to day employment and industrial relations issues.
As a legal practitioner since 1989, Paul advises on major and small commercial acquisitions, executive remuneration and separations, termination of employment, industrial relations, enterprise bargaining, restraint of trade and non-compete cases, anti discrimination, occupation health and safety, representations to government, employer investigations and contract and policy work.
