Paul is head of our Mergers & Acquisitions Services Group and in that capacity is responsible for the development and management of that group. Paul is also a member of our National Medical & Pharmaceutical and Energy, Resources & Infrastructure Industry Groups.
Paul’s experience spans a broad spectrum of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, fund raisings and corporate restructuring. He works closely with a number of multinational companies on their Australasian expansion strategies by way of M&A, with a particular focus on companies that operate within the renewable energy, technology and healthcare sectors.
