Peter is a Partner in our Financial Services Group. He is also a member of our National Financial Services and Property Industry Groups.
Peter has worked with clients in the banking and financial services industry since 1989. Peter structures transactions and documents to suit his clients and their customers. He enjoys close relationships with the institutions he represents. He works primarily in structured and project finance with a particular emphasis on real estate and professional services financing. He also has an extensive business banking practice.
Peter’s clients include National Australia Bank Limited, HSBC Bank Australia Limited, Rabo Group and United Overseas Bank Limited. He has been a member of the Banking and Financial Services Law Association (and its predecessor) for more than 20 years.
