Peter practices in the Mergers & Acquisitions department with specific expertise in the areas of Corporate Advisory, Corporate Governance, Trade Practices, Intellectual Property and Technology.
Over the past 25 years, Peter’s broad commercial practice has involved advising public overseas and local clients – particularly technology clients – on establishing businesses and then expanding those businesses in Australia. He regularly visits the parent companies of those clients in the US, UK and Europe to review the progress of their business.
Peter is the supervising partner of the firm’s European Desk. The European Desk was established to help our local and international clients develop their business. It provides expert legal services, strategic legal advice and contracts to support expansion.
