Philip is a Consultant in our Property & Projects Services Group and the FSR Cell Group Leader. He is also a member of our National Property and Medical & Pharmaceutical Industry Groups.
Philip has significant experience in commercial, land and IT transactions for Government. In relation to property transactions the current edition of Legal Profiles cites Philip “for his accurate work, good familiarity with his client organisations and his pro-active approach”.
Philip concentrates on corporate advisory work and governance and capital raising issues with corporations and has an interest in financial services reform.
Philip has worked in Europe and advised on business structuring and joint venture arrangements in respect of power generating plants and architectural endeavours. Partnering and business structures are of special interest to him, together with the corporatisation of government instrumentalities and corporate governance.
