Richard is a senior associate in our Disputes & Litigation Group.
He specialises in commercial, construction and insolvency litigation.
Richard has acted both for and against liquidators, receivers, administrators and trustees in numerous litigation matters. These matters have been conducted in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court, Full Federal Court, and High Court involving companies such as Lehman Brothers, Jackgreen Ltd and the Raptis Group of companies.
In addition, Richard has experience running major pieces of litigation for corporate clients involving complex highly structured financial models, arising out of the insolvency of the Allco Group. Richard’s practice also includes large-scale construction litigation; for example, expert determinations and arbitration processes relating to defective works and increased scope of works claims.
