Ross is a senior associate in our Disputes & Litigation Group.
He has over fourteen years experience advising mostly banks and insolvency practitioners on insolvency related issues, secured and unsecured recoveries, banking and other commercial litigation.
Ross’ experience includes advising on a range of general banking law issues. In the insolvency area, Ross advises on all forms of administration, with a focus on receivership and bankruptcy. His experience in general commercial litigation includes large scale product liability litigation, contract disputes, and professional negligence litigation. He also provides advice on relevant legislation and codes such as the Corporations Act, Real Property Act, National Credit Code and the Code of Banking Practice.
Ross has acted in the New South Wales Supreme and District Courts, New South Wales Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Australia and in the Federal Magistrates Court.
