Steven is a senior associate in our Disputes & Litigation Group.

His particular area of focus is on corporate insolvency, restructuring and directors' duties.

Steven has advised various clients in all matters of corporate distress, including directors and shareholders, receivers, administrators, liquidators, secured and unsecured financiers/creditors, as well as parties to distressed asset sales. His expertise is enhanced by his involvement in insolvencies across a wide range of industries in both Australia and in the United Kingdom, where he practised for a period.

Steven has acted on such matters as HIH, Fincorp, New Cap Re, Lehman Brothers, Wideform, Quadwest and Lexi Holdings (UK).
