Tegan is a senior associate in our Insurance Industry Group.

Her area of expertise is in defendant insurance law matters, encompassing product liability, public liability, general insurance and workers' compensation. Tegan has significant expertise in the product liability arena having managed the Australian product liability claims for an international manufacturer/distributor for over 5 years. Tegan also has significant experience in public liability claims for international underwriters, most specifically for a leading national shopping centre manager and public utilities operator. Tegan also appears on behalf of corporations at coronial inquests.

Tegan's experience includes advising clients with respect to indemnity, liability, quantum, third party contribution, claims strategy and general case management. She has an understanding of the requirements of international and Australian corporations and insurers, and has in-house experience with a major Australian insurer following two secondments.
