Developments in Deeds of Company Arrangements

The Financial Services team has produced a paper to provide an update on the current treatment of issues relating to the use of Deeds of Company Arrangement (DOCAs) under the external administration regime in Australia.

The paper begins with a recap of the background and development of DOCAs in Australia and then examines recent case law involving developments in judicial interpretation and implementation of DOCAs and court intervention in the DOCAs procedure.
