The Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Bill 2008 (Qld) has not yet been passed by the Queensland Parliament. In our earlier Recoveries Alert, we noted that the Bill was due to be considered (and possibly passed) by the Queensland Parliament on 11 November 2008. The Bill may be considered by Parliament again at their next sittings on 25 - 27 November 2008.
