Contracts
We document the business relationships between our clients and those with whom they do business. Those contracts may be necessary to support our clients’ existing operations or may facilitate growth or changes within the business including new projects, outsourcing, strategic alliances or joint ventures. Our involvement can include creating business systems and delivering practical training so that our clients can implement and integrate standard contracts into their businesses. We support our clients in contract negotiations, adding value by distilling complex documents into key areas of practical concern.
As we work on our clients’ agreements, we assess the application of specific legislative provisions, such as the Trade Practices Act, Franchising Code of Conduct or Chain of Responsibility Legislation and structure the contract accordingly.
