We help our clients understand and work with their corporate structures on a day to day basis and advise them on changing their structures. Such changes may range from updating a client’s constitution to a change of legal entity or major restructure implemented by scheme of arrangement. Our tax team supports this process, to ensure that tax consequences are factored into our recommendations.

We also advise our clients as they plan and execute Stock Exchange listings. We help them adjust to the additional regulation inherent in listing, and provide practical guidance as to their ongoing compliance with Listing Rules, particularly in making calls on timing and scope of continuous disclosure.
