Amanda is a special counsel in our Financial Services Group and is a member of our Financial Services Industry Group.
She is highly experienced in advising clients in the banking and insolvency industries.
Amanda’s areas of expertise include secured asset recoveries and transactional banking and finance. She has considerable expertise in the area of Personal Property Securities Legislation, and throughout her career, has acted for some of Australia’s largest banks and corporations.
Amanda is the Chair of the Queensland Law Society’s Equalising Opportunities in the Law Committee. She is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia, Women in Finance, and The Law Society of the Australian Capital Territory. Amanda is also a well-regarded author, having had her work published in the Australian Banking & Finance Law Bulletin on multiple occasions.
